cc200 - DarkSoul 2-Bolt Porting Templates
These do it yourself templates from DarkSoul will allow you to modify the transfer ports of the case and cylinder for optimum flow, as well as perfectly match the two, and help improve overall performance. Kit comes with two templates. The holes are pre-drilled, but it is up to the end user to either tap the hole to bolt it to the cylinder, or drill larger through holes to bolt to the case. The templates can also be used as a template to modify base gaskets to avoid gasket hang over into the transfers.
Although the transfer porting process is relatively simple, it is recommend that you have some experience in porting work first, or use some damaged/blown cylinders and cases to practice on first. Maximum performance will require the porting of the intake and exhaust, and currently there are no templates available for this, so again it is highly suggested that you either practice on some already damaged cylinders, or find an experienced porter to do the work.
Works on 2-bolt Cylinders for Zenoah and CY RC Engines.
